You can start using our services once a contract has been agreed upon and signed. We do not offer services to clients without an agreement/contract.

In selected locations, we can provide hardware, parts and other accessories from reputable suppliers. Any parts procured for our clients will be new and with warranty.

Yes, our engineers can also assist with daily/weekly/monthly tape exchanges from systems manufactured by a variety of vendors.

Yes, we can audit cabling, hardware as well as everything else in your DC. We will send you the reports or we can update your DCIM directly as the audit is being performed.
