We use a live Linux OS to perform various hardware audits installed in the server. This way we can pull information such as RAM, CPU, HDD, etc. serial numbers in a non-production hardware – so your infrastructure is not at risk. With a connection from the OS to the OOB controller and more, we can pull even more hardware information. If something doesn’t look right, we will investigate further and report the results to you so you can keep track of all your inventory.

We can run various performance tests on your hardware before its given for deployment to ensure that all hardware is up to spec. We use various software tools to perform the hardware tests so you can better visibility than ever.

We can configure the OOB interface on any devices and install the OS on any server. Our Team also fully understands RAID arrays and can configure RAID levels on your behalf once onsite.

Some devices can fail from time to time but reinstalling the OS might not be as easy as it appears. Sometimes we can come across hardware that needs different procedures. For example such as one that the only ability to install the OS is using a TFTP server. Some hardware, power strips for example need a console connection and X-modem. Ultimately, your team and ours mutually want to reduce the MTTR when possible.
